Accounting Firm Renews for 14,000 SF

SADDLE BROOK, NJ-Rotenberg Meril will keep its headquarters at L&L's 488,000-sf, two-building Park 80 West.

SADDLE BROOK, NJ-The accounting firm Rotenberg Meril Solomon Bertiger & Guttilla has renewed its lease for 14,353 sf at Park 80 West, Plaza I here. The location serves as the headquarters for the firm, one of the state’s largest accounting firms and considered to be one of the top 100 SEC audit firms in the US.

Landlord L&L Park 80 LLC of New York City was represented by first VP Cheryl Hardt of CB Richard Ellis, which has its main New Jersey at the two-building Park 80 West. GVA Williams NJ’s SVP Bryn Cinque and assistant VP Leslie Meril represented the tenant. Terms were not released; availabilities at Park 80 West are listed with rent “negotiable.”
