ML Realty Buys 487,000-SF Building for $25M+

SKOKIE, IL-ML Realty Partners, based in Itasca, IL, has acquired a 486,884-sf industrial building at 7300 Linder Ave., here. Wrightwood Capital, based in Chicago, sold the building, says Ryan Hesch, director of ML Realty Partners. The sales price was more than $25 million, sources say.

Jeffrey Kahn, Steven Disse and Jeffrey Devine, all with Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler Inc., represented Wrightwood in the sales transaction. The multi-tenant building is fully leased, Hesch says. MPC Products, a manufacturer of aeronautical electromechanical motion control systems, headquartered here, recently renewed for a long-term lease for approximately half of the building, he tells GlobeSt.com. Tech Lighting and Hallmark Data Systems are also tenants in the building.
