For the tenant, the site is being used as a classified advertising telecenter for the Express-Times and the NJN Publishing network of community newspapers in northern and western New Jersey, as well as for the NJN.com and lehighballeylive.com websites. The Express-Times is also part of the Penn Jersey Advance network of newspapers.
The building, also known as Mountainview 78, remains 100% with the latest renewal. It's located at a full interchange of I-78 and State Rte. 173 in western New Jersey.
