TAMPA, FL-Lee Winter and David Green, an office brokerage team that has worked together for over ten years, have joined Jones Lang LaSalle's office here as senior vice presidents specializing in office tenant and landlord representation. Each of the brokers was previously with CB Richard Ellis and have a combined 30 years of experience in the Tampa Bay market.

"Their experience and reputations will only increase JLL's market presence in Tampa," Scott Bell, senior vice president with JLL in Orlando, tells GlobeSt.com. "Along with the recently completed merger with Staubach, we feel very excited about the future for our presence here. We plan to be the market leader in Tampa."

Winter joined Paragon Group in 1990, and stayed with the company when it was bought by Insignia in 1996, then CBRE in 2003. "I've been with the same company for 18 years," he says. "It was a difficult decision to leave, but we've always had a tremendous respect for the quality of people at Staubach in this market, as well as the history and depth and breadth of Jones Lang LaSalle. After the merger, we felt this was going to be an exciting opportunity," Winter says, and adds that the decision to move was made along with Green. Both brokers held positions as first vice presidents with CBRE.

"We would hope to continue to provide our clients at JLL with excellent service," says Green, who also worked for Insignia when it was bought by CBRE. Previously, Green worked as an office services specialist with Grubb & Ellis.
