"We are very excited about the move as the new space will enable us to continue to expand our staff and better support our growing client base, says Eric Forman, Resolve's president and CEO, in a statement. According to a release on Resolve's website, the company is moving "to meet ongoing market demand and accommodate future expansion."
Resolve Technology provides information services through a variety of technologies and data collection programs to the real estate investment community. The company was founded in 1990 and has resided in Boston until this move. Colliers Meredith & Grew's EVP James Elcock and VP Elias Demakes represented the landlord, Three Hundred Realty Trust and Resolve was repped by senior associate Michael O'Leary at DTZ FHO Partners.
