CHARLOTTE, NC-Robert Zeiller has moved over to head up Crescent Resources LLC's newly created urban mixed-use division. As vice president, he will manage all of the firm's mixed-use projects in urban areas. He was previously part of Crescent's commercial division, where he oversaw projects in the mid-Atlantic region. Zeiller was also vice president of land development, where he spearheaded the construction of such mixed-use projects as Potomac Yard in Downtown Washington, DC. The new urban mixed-use division is now working on the redevelopment of some 4.3 million sf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home's Washington campus, which will result in the creation of more than 2,500 residential units, retail space and about 1.5 million sf of general and medical office space, as well as a hotel and meeting facility.
