All four members of Fioretti Associates will move to Grubb & Ellis, Fioretti says. Bill Starcevich, who had been a senior project manager, will be a vice president of project management, and Tony Ucho will remain a project manager. Joanne Fioretti, who is the wife of Tom Fioretti, managed the office for Fioretti Associates and will be a manager with Grubb & Ellis.

Fioretti says his firm had partnered with Grubb & Ellis on more than 300,000 sf in projects recently. "They give us a much bigger platform to work from," he says. Some of the projects the two teamed up on were for Levy Home Entertainment, Vulcan Materials, Bureau Veritas, SunGard, First Transit and Duff & Phelps.

Fioretti, who has 26 years of experience with Chicago real estate and construction, founded Fioretti Associates in 2002. Existing clients, such as Deloitte LLP, will become Grubb & Ellis clients, he says.
