Located at 140 Docks Corner Rd. near that thoroughfare's intersection with Herrod Boulevard, the project is in the New Jersey Turnpike Exit 8A industrial submarket. F. Greek Development of East Brunswick, NJ and the J.G. Petrucci Co. of Asbury, NJ are jointly building the project for owner BlackRock of New York.

The building's specs include 36-ft. clear ceilings and parking for 176 cars and 103 trailers, according to an F. Greek Development spokesperson. "It has a flexible design and competitive economics, and will be a point for one-day service to major Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Midwest markets," says the spokesperson.

The builders are also pursuing LEED Silver Certification for their project. Among other features, developers are planning a TPO white roof system for high solar reflectance, a T5 lighting package, potable water reduction of 40%, among other features.
