Residential Construction Employees Council acquired the building about two years ago and occupies about 5,000 sf, Wilson says. The building, which was constructed around 1985, is about 85% leased. Besides Residential Construction Employees Council, there are four other tenants in the building, including Printonx and Siemens Control, he says. The asking lease rate for the building is $18 per sf, gross.
The property is near the interchange for Interstate 355 and Butterfield Road. A new roof and new air conditioning system was installed in the building last year. MAS Brokerage plans to do some exterior renovations, such as landscaping and upgrading the monument signage, Wilson says.
