Stahelin Named to Lease 24,000-SF Office

DOWNERS GROVE, IL- Residential Construction Employees Council owns the 24,000-sf building at 3041 Wood Creek Dr.

DOWNERS GROVE, IL-MAS Brokerage, the brokerage division of Glen Ellyn, IL-based Stahelin Properties, has been retained to lease a 24,000-sf office building at 3041 Wood Creek Dr., here. The building is owned by Residential Construction Employees Council, says Mark Wilson, property representative for Stahelin Properties and MAS Brokerage.

Residential Construction Employees Council acquired the building about two years ago and occupies about 5,000 sf, Wilson says. The building, which was constructed around 1985, is about 85% leased. Besides Residential Construction Employees Council, there are four other tenants in the building, including Printonx and Siemens Control, he says. The asking lease rate for the building is $18 per sf, gross.
