The toy retailer has hired Binswanger to find a buyer. Frank Truesdell, SVP and Northern NJ director in the firm's new Morristown office, is heading the assignment.
The property consists of a 296,337-sf main building with 60 dock-height truck doors and one drive-in door. The 28,000-sf auxiliary building has 51 dock-height doors and three drive-in doors. The facility also has the potential to be expanded by up to 100,000 sf.
"With its combination of accessibility, high cube warehouse space and large land area, this is a rare opportunity in this marketplace," Truesdell says. "We expect a high level of interest for this asset." Located near I-287 in Central New Jersey's Middlesex County, the property is being marketed for everything from W/D and transportation, to manufacturing, according to Truesdell.
