Terms of the lease were not disclosed. A spokesman for Levin declined to identify the owner of the property, citing a confidentiality agreement.

"The supermarket has been located at the property for years, and we're pleased that they will continue their long-term tenancy," says Matthew Harding, Levin's president and COO. The property, at the corner of Warrenville Road near this community's border with Dunellen, also has a pad side available for a building of up to 4,500 sf, Harding notes.

The Acme lease is one of several signings recently in Middlesex County by Levin. The others include Party Stop, which took 3,600 sf at Oak Park Commons in South Plainfield; a new Philly Pretzel Factory, a 1,314-sf pad site at 960 Amboy Ave. in Edison; and Beauty Supply, which leased 1,200 sf at Delco Plaza in Avenel.
