(DALLAS) Michael A. Ernst will take the position of executive vice president—finance with Harvard Property Trust LLC, Behringer Advisors LLC and HPT Management Services LP. Before joining Behringer, he was executive vice president and chief financial officer of UDR, Inc.

(NEW YORK CITY) Scott Lublin has been appointed senior vice president in charge of the commercial lending unit. He previously served as a group manager in the structured real estate finance group of M&T Bank.
