CBRE Hires Two for Government Group

WASHINGTON, DC-Michael McShea and Peter Larkin will provide real estate transaction and advisory services for government entities, as well as higher education institutions nationwide.

[IMGCAP(1)]WASHINGTON, DC-CB Richard Ellis has brought on two new executives to its Government and Public Sector Solutions group here. Michael McShea and Peter Larkin are joining the company as executive vice presidents, from the Staubach Co., which was recently acquired by Jones Lang LaSalle. McShea and Larkin were not available for comment.

They will provide strategic planning and real estate transaction and advisory services for all levels of government, from local to federal. They also will service higher education institutions on a nationwide basis. They will report to Ted Carter, executive managing director of the Government and Public Sector Solutions group, which is part of the company’s Global Corporate Services line of business.
