In the largest signing, Merrill Lynch took an entire floor of 28,944. Also, Progressive Insurance took 11,760 sf, and Lending Tree signed on for 3,588 sf. A fourth lease for 12,755 sf was signed by a tenant whose identity was not disclosed pending finalization of the transaction.

Trefoil was represented by SVP Joe Sklenkar Sr. and senior associate Joe Sklenkar Jr. of the Marlton, NJ office of Grubb & Ellis, who have been marketing the property since the early stages of its construction. Terms were not released; the building's remaining 30,000 sf is currently listed with an asking price of $27.50 per sf.

Mount Laurel Corporate Center is located at the intersection of Route 73 and Howard Boulevard near Exit 4 of the New Jersey Turnpike.
