Trefoil Signs 57,000 SF of Office Leases

MOUNT LAUREL, NJ-With the four separate transactions, the developer has filled two-thirds of the space at its new 1200 Howard Blvd.

MOUNT LAUREL, NJ-Trefoil Properties has inked four office leases totaling just more than 57,000 sf, taking two-thirds of the space at its new 87,000-sf 1200 Howard Blvd. building off the market. The just-completed three-story building is the first of three slated to rise at the Lansdale, PA-based developer’s 7.5-acre Mount Laurel Corporate Park.

In the largest signing, Merrill Lynch took an entire floor of 28,944. Also, Progressive Insurance took 11,760 sf, and Lending Tree signed on for 3,588 sf. A fourth lease for 12,755 sf was signed by a tenant whose identity was not disclosed pending finalization of the transaction.
