KING OF PRUSSIA, PA-Morgan Properties has brought J. Patrick O'Grady aboard as chief financial officer. As such, he will handle the development of corporate accounting policies and procedures, cash management and the implementation of financial controls and reporting. Previously, O'Grady was chief financial officer for GMH Communities Trust. Meanwhile, Todd Richman has taken on the role of senior vice president-financial planning and business development, a newly created position. He will be responsible for corporate budgeting and forecasting, ancillary income development, utility procurement, property tax and insurance. He came to Morgan Properties in 1999.
