26,000-SF Medical Starts Construction

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ-D6 Development's Willow Grove Medical Center now has a leasing/sales agent to fill the building.

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ-After getting all their approvals in place earlier this year , D6 Developments of Livingston, NJ has started construction for Willow Grove Medical Center, a 25,800-sf building at 717 Willow Grove St. here. And D6 has handed the leasing/sales assignment for the property to NAI James E. Hanson of Hackensack, with that firm’s Darren M. Lizzack and Robert Borny handling the assignment.

“It’s less than half a mile from the Hackettstown Regional Medical Center, so it’s a perfect location for medical professionals interested in either a lease or purchase arrangement,” says Lizzack. “Right now, it’s rare to find small medical office space for sale, and we’re seeing more medical practitioners looking to invest in real estate opportunities, especially one that will be home to their medical practice.”
