NAI Platform is a commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm serving the counties of Albany, Rensselaer, Schenectady, Saratoga and five other upstate New York counties. The source continues that the market there "is growing as industry returns to the area, just as tourism and business conferences and conventions are having an impact on the retail and hospitality sectors."
