According to JLL sources, Wasserberger's duties haven't changed from her previous responsibilities. She specializes in the New York City area for clients in a diverse array of industries. She has been actively involved in providing real estate services to corporate clients such as Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Metropolitan Transportation Authority, State Street Bank, Royce Funds, and Deutsche Bank.

Wasserberger also assists key prime brokerage groups and focuses on transaction work for numerous boutique hedge funds and investment management firm. She has completed in excess of 75 transactions over the past few years including KBC Aim, Traxis Partners, Scout Capital, Trafelet, Brencourt Capital, Alpha Investment Management, Avesta Capital, The MuniCenter and Bowman Capital.

She is based in the New York City office and reports directly to Peter Riguardi, president of JLL's New York City office. The JLL source says that she has been with JLL for six years. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, she served as a director with Colliers ABR Inc. JLL was unable to provide further information by deadline.
