And JGPCO has hired Jones Lang LaSalle to find that end-user or buyer. For the latter firm, managing directors Robert Kossar and David Knee, and VPs Chris Hile and Blake Chroman, all of the Hasbrouck Heights office, have the assignment. Construction cost is not disclosed.

"This site is suited for companies that want to be located in the Meadowlands submarket, and/or have close proximity to Manhattan," says Kossar, noting that the property is at the intersection of routes 3 and 17. "And since approvals and permits are already in place, construction can begin immediately.

JGPCO acquired the property in 2004 from the Roseland, NJ-based Bellemead Development Corp., the former development arm of insurer Chubb Corp.
