LYNDHURST, NJ-The J.G. Petrucci Co., Asbury, has all of its permits and ground improvements in place for the 7.65-acre site at 240 Chubb Ave. here, and that clearance is for a 90,647-sf industrial. All that awaits the actual start of construction is a build-to-suit end user or outright buyer for the property.

And JGPCO has hired Jones Lang LaSalle to find that end-user or buyer. For the latter firm, managing directors Robert Kossar and David Knee, and VPs Chris Hile and Blake Chroman, all of the Hasbrouck Heights office, have the assignment. Construction cost is not disclosed.
