And the Moorestown, NJ-based Hughes Development has hired Metro Commercial Management Services of Mt. Laurel to manage the property. Metro isn't a stranger to Mantua Square: its construction services division oversaw construction of the property, which began a year ago, and Metro Commercial has been serving as the property's leasing agent. On the leasing side, Mantua Square is listed with three store slots still available, totaling about 27,000 sf. A 20,000-sf space makes up most of that.

For Metro Commercial Management, the assignment is one of three the group has picked up recently in New Jersey, according to Nina Kilroy, president of the group. The others are the 66,000-sf Echo Plaza Shopping Center in Springfield, for Paragano Associates; and the Super Fresh- and Staples-anchored Windsor Heights Shopping Center in East Windsor.
