43,000 SF of Leases Fill Office One

PRINCETON, NJ-The Sutman Princeton-owned building at 4365 Route 1 South has gone from one-third to fully leased in recent months.

PRINCETON, NJ-The three-story, 63,014-sf building at 4365 Route 1 South, also known as Office One, has gone from 32% to fully leased with the recent signing of a total of nearly 42,600 sf of leases. SVP Ward Greer of GVA Williams New Jersey represented landlord Sutman Princeton Associates, a local group, in the various signings.

“These lease agreements are great news for Princeton and for the entire Central New Jersey region in a challenging economy and office market,” Greer says. “The building was recently renovated and we’ve been able to dramatically increase the occupancy.”
