Keen Adds Tenants to New $141M MXD Project

WALBRZYCH, POLAND-The first retailers were recently signed to the Galeria Victoria, a $141 million new mixed-use project that will include 463,000 sf of retail, 160 apartments and about 105 hotel rooms. Keen Property Partners is developing the project, which will go up on a 24-acre site at the junction of 1 Maja and Skarzynska streets in the city center, about six miles from the Czech Republic border.

Carrefour Polska, a supermarket, has agreed to lease about 50,000 sf in the center. Mediaexpert, an electronics goods store, is taking about 27,000 sf. Jeweler Apart, Vision Express, women’s fashion store Taranko and the Arab restaurant Marhaba are leasing about 5,500 sf. Michal Masztakowski, associate director at CB Richard Ellis, negotiated the lease terms on behalf of the developer.
