O'Neill Plans $100M MXD

LIMERICK, PA-O’Neill Properties Group announced plans to build a $100 million, 477,500-sf mixed-use development adjacent to Simon Property Group’s Philadelphia Premium Outlets here. The project, dubbed Sanatoga Springs, will include retail, restaurants, entertainment venues and hospitality components.

Phase I of the project is scheduled to break ground in spring 2009 with an anticipated completion date in the first quarter of 2010. Brian O’Neill, founder and chairman of O’Neill Properties Group tells GlobeSt.com that Phase I will include theaters, casual restaurants, a hotel, large discount stores and smaller retail stores. According to O’Neill, there will be five phases total.
