Pending final approval, ground-up construction is expected to begin shortly. Plans call for a total of seven buildings on the 12-plus-acre site, with 100,000 sf of offices constituting most of the on-site space. Build-out will include three, three-story office building adding up to 75,000 sf, and an additional single-story, 25,000-sf building. Also part of the plan is a 3,000-sf bank branch, a 10,000-sf daycare center, and a 10,000-sf pharmacy and medical supply store. Cost of the project hasn't been released.
The latter facility, as well as the marketing of the space at Pond View, are tied to Pond View's proximity to facilities of the CentraState Healthcare System, including nearby CentraState Medical Center. Plans also call for the latter to be directly linked by roadway to the Pond View campus.
