Southwick Clothing Co. Moves into 91,550 SF

HAVERHILL, MA-The clothing manufacturer will take 91,550 sf of manufacturing space, moving out of a larger, older Lawrence building.

HAVERHIL, MA-Southwick Clothing Co. is leasing 91,550 sf of manufacturing space here, moving from nearby Lawrence, MA. The property–20 Computer Dr.–totals 203,000 sf and will house the company for five years.

The clothing company is moving from 50 Island St., where it occupies five floors. The price of lease is undisclosed, but a source tells GlobeSt.com that comparable property in Haverhill averages $6 per sf. The tenant was represented by Tyler Ewing and Brad Spencer from Grubb & Ellis, while the owner, Suffolk Advisors LLC, was repped by Greg Klemmer and Ted Geary, respectively principal and associate at Klemmer Associates LLC.
