ARA Dallas Eyes Land Team

DALLAS-Apartment Realty Advisors plans to build a land development team in Dallas/Fort Worth, seating a rising star to head up the initiative. The strategy hones in on redevelopment plays that cross desks in the seven-broker office.

Lindsay Allen, a protégé of a Transwestern Dallas veteran, is ready to solo after four years at the side of managing director Thomas E. Clarke. “It was a great learning experience and we closed a lot of transactions together,” she tells GlobeSt.com, “but opportunity knocks. He opened the door and taught me all that he knows and for that I am forever grateful.” The duo has been together at two brokerage houses, with Clarke planning to solo now that Allen’s gone her own way.
