Curtiss Wright Corp. Takes 30,000 SF

PARSIPPANY, NJ-The provider of engineered products and services signs on as the latest tenant at 10 Waterview Blvd., a 208,601-sf, three-story class A office building here.

PARSIPPANY, NJ-Curtiss Wright Corp. has signed up for 29,974 sf at 10 Waterview Boulevard here. Curtiss Wright was represented by Steven Pavon and Bart Oates of J.H. Cohn Real Estate, while the landlord, McMorgan & Co., was represented by Daniel Ackerman and Susan Lulla of Linque Management Co. Inc. Further details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Curtiss Wright chose to take the new space in order to expand. The company was previously headquartered in Roseland, NJ. Its former space, at 4 Becker Farm Rd., will be taken over by J.H. Cohn, which is also undergoing an expansion.
