NEW YORK CITY-Paris-based SCOR US Corp., a reinsurance company, has signed a 10-year extension for its 70,000 sf of offices at Jack Resnick & Sons Inc.’s One Seaport Plaza. The company, which occupies the entire 20th and 21st floors in the 35-story office tower, still had two years remaining on its original lease. The building is 100% leased.
