Glowa has been an office and industrial developer with the company for the past 25 years. In addition to working on the construction side, Glowa will help identify new land investment opportunities and related capital sources.

United Properties is a subsidiary of Marquette Real Estate Group. The company first entered the Colorado real estate market in 2005 with the opening of a retail development division. "We will work to achieve competitive market share in office and industrial development," United properties president Frank Dutke said.

United Properties portfolio currently includes nearly 60 office, industrial and retail assets in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Colorado. In addition to a large presence in the Minneapolis-St. Paul market, United Properties' Colorado division develops retail properties and, through Ojala, office and flex office buildings. United Properties currently has 30 employees in development in Colorado.
