"The shopping center is located in an area that has strong demographics and good access," says Matthew Harding, president and COO of the North Plainfield, NJ-based Levin Management. "The center has a variety of tenants that attract a range of visitors, and it's a perfect site for the Shannon Rose to expand into a second location."
St. Georges Crossing has been undergoing a major Levin-led overhaul over the past several years. The center's major tenants include a 91,000-sf ShopRite supermarket, along with a PC Richards & Son electronics outlet,, PetSmart, Golf Galaxy and Pier 1 Imports.
