CBRE Restructures Its Local Team

[IMGCAP(1)]ATLANTA-CB Richard Ellis has made leadership changes at its local office in order to strengthen its efforts here. The newly restructured team includes managing director Chip Olsen, managing director David Lanier and senior director Marcy Moneypenny, all of whom will work under the current senior managing director, John Ferguson.

“Previously, Brett Hunsaker, who was senior managing director running the agency’s leasing business, departed and now Carol Bell, managing director of asset services is getting married and relocating to Connecticut,” which led the company to re-evaluate how it could best serve its clients, Ferguson tells GlobeSt.com. “We came up with an integrated combination of leadership on agency leasing and asset services.”

[IMGCAP(2)]As part of those changes, Lanier, who had supervised the Atlanta office’s brokerage responsibilities, will now oversee both the integrated agency leasing and asset services, or property management, business. Lanier has been with CBRE since it merged with Trammell Crow Co. last year and has 18 years of experience representing building owners and managing.
