Hughes will relocate to Singapore after leading EMEA to threefold rise in profits since 2005, while doubling revenue in three years up to 2007. Ulbrich oversaw the acquisition of Kemper's Group, Brune Consulting and other businesses during his tenure in Germany, growing the operation from six to 10 offices. Barge will remain a member of the firm's GEC as he rises to the chairmanship, after tripling revenue over the last five years and doubling the staff, pushing into India and China.

The changes will take effect in January of 2009. The successor for Ulbrich's position in Germany is currently underway.
