The newest signees are Five Below, a trend-products seller for teens and pre-teens, which has taken 7,532 sf. Bok Bok Fresh, a Mediterranean-style eatery, will occupy just less than 3,000 sf, and Mexican-style eatery Panchero's has signed on for 2,735 sf.

"I've been looking for an opportunity to put Bok Bok in the area," says Joe Gatas, owner of FHG Enterprises, the eatery's Berlin, NJ-based parent. "We had a number of centers in mind, but this center's demographics matched our target market of health-conscious people."

Located off Route 202 in western New Jersey's Hunterdon County, Shoppes at Flemington's opening date was rolled out this past summer. A second phase of the project is slated to open by the end of 2009.
