The property offers professional/office condos for sale or lease as well as two retail pad sites of 3,700 sf and 9,200 sf also available for sale or lease. The office consists of a two-story, 30,000 sf medical/office building and there are five one-story retail buildings in addition to the two developable pad sites. Tenants can take from 1,000 to 30,000 sf at a rental rate of $12.50 per sf. The property is located between Route 80 and Route 78, approximately 2.5 miles from downtown Belvidere.

Weichert senior vice president David Chippendale will take charge of the leasing and sale of the six buildings. Further information was not available from Weichert as of press time. Branch Properties could not be reached for comment.
