The largest of the latest signings is also a new tenant, with DSHealthcare Inc. taking 10,821 sf at 411 Hackensack Ave. The company's Sultan Healthcare will occupy the space, and the tenant was represented by Michael Schaible of Jones Lang LaSalle's Hasbrouck Heights office. Other new signees are Winston Capital, which took 2,150 sf; and Plaza Wealth Management, represented by Andrew Tarvin of CB Richard Ellis, which took 1,142 sf.
The remainder of the latest activity involves renewals, led by Cyber City Teleservices Marketing, which re-upped for 6,157 sf. The others are the Power Law Firm, 4,257 sf; BroadUSA, a Chinese HVAV company, 3,415 sf; Great Atlantic Capital, 3,000 sf; and RenGen Biologics, 2,161 sf.
Terms of the various deals were not released. Availabilities at the property are currently listed with an asking price of $31 per sf for five-year terms.
