30,000 SF of Leases Signed at Continental

HACKENSACK, NJ-The latest group of deals at the Normandy-owned complex include three new tenants and several renewals.

HACKENSACK, NJ-More than 30,000 sf of leases have been signed at Continental Plaza, the 650,000-sf, 12 class A complex along Hackensack Ave. here. The property, owned by the Morristown-based Normandy Real Estate Partners, underwent a general upgrade to its common areas and concourses this year.

The largest of the latest signings is also a new tenant, with DSHealthcare Inc. taking 10,821 sf at 411 Hackensack Ave. The company’s Sultan Healthcare will occupy the space, and the tenant was represented by Michael Schaible of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Hasbrouck Heights office. Other new signees are Winston Capital, which took 2,150 sf; and Plaza Wealth Management, represented by Andrew Tarvin of CB Richard Ellis, which took 1,142 sf.
