$54M Loft Building Has Redo Opportunity

NEW YORK CITY-A High Line District loft building, offering commercial, retail and/or hotel uses situated at 530-542 W. 27th St., is on the market for sale with an asking price of $54 million. The site is occupied by a six-story building of approximately 90,000 sf, with 150-plus feet of frontage on 27th Street.

Locally based Eastern Consolidated’s Brian Ezratty, vice chairman, with Scott Ellard, director of the financial services group, is spearheading the marketing initiative for the sale. The first floor has 13,344 sf of rentable space and the remaining floors, the second through the sixth, have rear setbacks that result in up to 14,327 sf of rentable space per floor.
