18,035-SF Lease Sets Up Consolidation

LEWISVILLE, TX-TruGreen Cos. signs a five-year lease at Corporate Tech Centre I to get one roof for two sales and call center teams in the metro. The move-in is set for late November.

LEWISVILLE, TX-Memphis-based TruGreen Cos. LLC has tapped 18,035 sf of Corporate Tech Centre I as a consolidation location for two offices in Dallas/Fort Worth. The deal was sealed with a five-year term.

Tim O. Terrell, executive vice president and partner of Dallas-based Stream Realty Partners LP, tells GlobeSt.com that the deal went full circle within 60 days, with TruGreen planning a late November move-in to its new call center space at 1801 Lakepointe Dr. According to Dallas Central Appraisal District, TruGreen leases space at 3901 Leon Rd. in Garland and 4908 Olson Dr. in Dallas.
