SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FL- J. Milton & Associates' 286-unit waterfront condominium project at 200 Sunny Isles Blvd. has topped off its third and final tower at 19 stories. The Coral Gables-based developer says construction on the St. Tropez project is now 60% complete, with 225 units sold.
The condo's first and second tower were topped off at 20 stories and all three are expected to deliver in middle and late 2009. The buildings were designed by Miami-based Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design and Eduardo Castineira at Axioma3 Architects, also in Miami. The base of the residential buildings will consist of the City of Sunny Isles Towne Center, an 80,000-sf retail destination featuring upscale shopping and restaurants.
"This community, including its street-side promenade, will dramatically enhance and transform the east-west entranceway into the city along Sunny Isles Boulevard," said Sunny Isles Beach Mayor Norman Edelcup, in a release. "St. Tropez is a very welcome addition to our neighborhood and furthers our City's image as 'Florida's Riviera.'"
Units at St. Tropez will range in size from 1,600 to 3,700 sf with one to three bedrooms, including town homes, penthouses and lanai residences. Amenities include a marina, resort-style pool on the waterfront, a fitness center, locker rooms with steam rooms and saunas, meditation areas, a clubhouse and 24-hour security, valet and concierge service that will be accessible through iPhone/iPod Touch technology that is given to each buyer at closing.
According to J. Milton & Associates, the remaining residences at the structure are priced from $650,000 to $1.7 million. The developer currently has a $3.5-billion portfolio including Sayan, an 88-unit luxury condo also in Sunny Isles Beach, and 10,000 rental apartments throughout South Florida.
