St. Tropez Tops Off Last Tower

SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FL- J. Milton & Associates’ 286-unit waterfront condominium project at 200 Sunny Isles Blvd. has topped off its third and final tower at 19 stories. The Coral Gables-based developer says construction on the St. Tropez project is now 60% complete, with 225 units sold.

The condo’s first and second tower were topped off at 20 stories and all three are expected to deliver in middle and late 2009. The buildings were designed by Miami-based Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design and Eduardo Castineira at Axioma3 Architects, also in Miami. The base of the residential buildings will consist of the City of Sunny Isles Towne Center, an 80,000-sf retail destination featuring upscale shopping and restaurants.
