KISSIMMEE, FL-Hundreds of commercial real estate executives are expected to attend the second-annual RealShare Central Florida Conference Oct. 16 at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center here. The RealShare Conference Series is produced by Incisive Media's Real Estate Group, publishers of GlobeSt.com, Real Estate Florida and Real Estate Forum.

Jack Kemp, former congressman and Cabinet secretary as well as a prior presidential and vice presidential candidate, will be the keynote speaker for the afternoon conference. Kemp is now principal of Kemp Partners, a strategic consulting firm based in Washington, DC.

Following Kemp's speech will be a Town Hall Meeting panel discussion on the state of the Central Florida market. Later in the afternoon, a discussion of finding clarity in the capital markets will address what it takes and costs to finance deals in the topsy-turvy debt and equity markets.

Concurrent sessions set during the conference will cover the outlook for leasing, investment and development in the industrial sector; dealmaking in the investment sales market; finding opportunities in the office sector; and improving return on investment with green design and development. A networking reception will be held at the conclusion of the conference.
