"Despite the slowdown in the overall commercial real estate market, we are seeing a great level of interest and activity around Wilton Corporate Park," says David Fiore, SVP for Davis Marcus Partners, who developed the park. "We are very encouraged and believe our LEED standards combined with our flexibility to accommodate both large and small tenants make Wilton Corporate Park one of the most desirable office building complexes in the market."

The office park is Gold LEED certified and is set to deliver another building--60 Danbury Rd.--in November of this year bringing 81,950 sf onto the market. There are two other buildings--50 and 64 Danbury Rd.--which are both fully leased by AIG Financial Products, Ryan Partnership and Connolly Consulting, among others.

Prudential Real Estate Investors is Davis Marcus' joint venture partner on the development which began in July of last year, costing roughly $75 million. Ed Tonnessen Jeffery Gage from Ashforth represented Wilton Corporate Park, while Tom Pulie of USI Real Estate Advisors represented Tygris.
