JACKSONVILLE, FL-Signet Enterprises and the law firm of Brennan, Manna & Diamond PL (BMD) have officially moved into their Southeast headquarters at the newly-dubbed Signet Center. The building, located at 800 West Monroe St. in Downtown Jacksonville, was purchased by the principals of the two entities this summer, and after undergoing entrance and cosmetic renovations, is now occupied.

The 20,000-sf building was developed five years ago, designed by Rink, Reynolds, Diamond and Fisher, and was occupied by a group of small law firms. According to Tony Manna, CEO of Signet, the structure was acquired for $3 million and is now "an intellectual capital center for business transactions. We will be a one-stop-shop for any business that wants to acquire a business, start a business, needs equity or financing," he explains.

Besides the private equity firm of Signet Enterprises and the law firm of BMD, which will occupy a total of 17,000-sf combined, the Signet Center will also house Signet Capital, an investment and merchant bank, Signet Development and epic Legal Document Solutions (formerly Southeast Legal Copy). The building, which is within half a mile of the new county courthouse under construction, is currently 90% leased with rental rates at approximately $20 per sf.
