Incisive Media Renews Center City Space

PHILADELPHIA-Incisive Media’s Pennsylvania Newspaper Group has signed a renewal for its 12,670-sf lease at 1617 JFK Blvd. here. The 20-story office building, where Incisive is a tenant on the 17th floor, is also known as One Penn Center. Lease terms were not disclosed.

The offices house the editorial and business operations for The Legal Intelligencer, Pennsylvania Law Weekly and the Delaware Law Weekly, as well as a number of the group’s websites, specialty books, directories and seminars. Incisive Media is the parent company of GlobeSt.com.

“This lease renewal reaffirms our long-term commitment to the Center City area,” says Hal Cohen, group publisher, in a release. “The Legal Intelligencer‘s offices have been located in Philadelphia since its founding in 1843 and we’re delighted to be continuing that tradition.” The Legal Intelligencer is the oldest daily legal newspaper in the US and the official publication for Philadelphia County legal notices; the group’s publications, websites and reference texts serve the Pennsylvania, Delaware and southern New Jersey region.
