The Channel Center sits on the south side of Fort Channel Point near Interstate 90. The center has 200,000 sf of residential space, 250,000 sf of mixed-use office/retail and roughly 620,000 sf of new office building product. The Channel Center is under-going some renovations to its lobbies, HVAC systems, windows and elevators.
Channel Center is owned by Channel Center Holdings VAF, LLC which is a joint venture of an affiliate of Commonwealth Ventures LLC and GEAM Value Add Realty Partners. The terms of the lease were undisclosed. CB Richard Ellis is the exclusive leasing agent for Channel Center. Bill Crean, Ogden White, and Jon Freni, all of CBRE represented Commonwealth Ventures and John Hennessey repped Cengage Learning in the deal.
