Automotive Distributor Leases 80,000 SF

CRANBURY, NJ-E-Lite USA's signing at Adler's 1250 S. River Rd. is the Chino, CA-based company's first East Coast facility.

CRANBURY, NJ-E-Lite USA Automotive Inc. has signed a lease for 80,000 sf of W/D space at Adler Development’s 223,000-sf 1250 S. River Rd. here. For the Chino, CA-based aftermarket automotive lamps distributor, the signing represents its first East Coast distribution facility.

The Edison, NJ-based Adler Development was represented in-house by partner Joshua Adler, and the tenant was represented by executive director Jason Goldman of Cushman & Wakefield. Terms of the long-term deal, which includes 3,500 sf of office space, were not released.

“E-Lite wanted to establish a presence on the East Coast to serve its customers better,” Goldman says. “Proximity to the New Jersey Turnpike and to a port were a priority for them.” The building is situated on 15 acres near Exit 8A of the Turnpike.
