Legacy Lands 1,184-Unit Assignment

DENVER-TIAA-CREF taps Legacy Partners to manage Palomino Park Resort in Highlands Ranch, CO.

DENVER-Legacy Partners has been retained to manage the Palomino Park Resort, a luxurious community comprised of 1,184 apartments in Highlands Ranch, CO. The property is owned by TIAA-CREF. The details of the agreement were not immediately available.

Amenities within the development include a main private clubhouse and recreation center with a health club with a full-sized sport courts and a 30-acre outdoor recreation area with more sport courts plus a putting green and a disc golf course. Each cluster of buildings also has its own private clubhouse featuring a swimming pool and open-air spa, party room and kitchen, big screen TV lounge and gas barbecue grills.
